So ive been on a winning streak playing Skullgirls online in ranked matches.
I see some notable names up in the top 20 like KenMasters X and TS Nerdjosh.
I played a couple of games, won 3 in a row and checked my rank online. 600. Ok sounds fair.
I play some more and have about 10 wins under my belt.
Im at Rank 1200 now. Huh?

Im pretty sure my rank is supposed to be going up. Not down. Whats going on here? Anyone else playing online, please check your stats, record them and post them here is this is happening to any of you.
Edit: Rank is now at 18. Lol wtf? Still, wondering if leaderboards are being wonky for anyone else.
Last I check I was ranked 24th. I only moved down (I was 20th lol) even though I kept winning. I’m very very okay with the twenties though.Whats your approximate win/loss?
its because so many people are so close to you in score and so many people are picking up the game and shooting up the ladders. That any day one rankings are going to shoot all over the place even if you win.
I think whats happening is that the leaderboards are time-based updated. I was ranked 100 and started playing and after an hour or so checked my rank and i was down to about 250. Then i got back on a couple hours later and i skyrocketed up to 39th.
