Xbox 360 and Powered HDMI Splitter

I plan on running my xbox 360 into a powered HDMI splitter and then run one output into my ASUS VH236H and the other output to my DLP tv to watch movies. Will i incur any lag over 1 frame on my monitor using this solution? I

I don’t imagine the lag would be so bad that it would ruin the experience or whatever it is your’re trying to do.
