I feel like I’ve finally played with all the Budleys since I started lurking these forums and playing dudley in 2011. GGs all. It’s nice to see how far I’ve come and at the same time get a reality check on some very basic shit I need to work on.

-terrified to footsie with better players

Also learned that fwd fierce, ex duck straight is the new shit. going to replace fwd fierce st rh xx for me.
I used to be jealous of Bison back in SSF4 when he could get so much of his crouch techs. (short shrot short short lk scissors or the real links into HK scissors ect) that I started doing c.LK c.LK crouch techs into s.HK .
Now I just c.LK c.LP s.HK or c.LK s.HK tech.
Sometimes I just c.LK MP HP to avoid mixups and make space.

You have EX Duck anti airs, s.HK xx EX MGB buffer, and EX Duck to get in via lolrandom and blockstrings.
I also believe you were the dudley punishing with s.HK xx ex mgb.

Never forget you can do more damage with f.MK s.HK xx HP Jet Upper than s.HK ex mgb duck upper (308 vs 296 i believe).

I was on xbl on and off, but now it’s permanent. Just add MrAnnual and we’ll play, been trying to make the effort to get at least an hour a day in even if not all in one block of time.
Advice is greatly appreciated. I hit fwd mk, st mp, st rh 9/10 times in training but fuck it up a lot or forget who it works on when im mid match and get discouraged. Probably just need to keep doing it so it becomes second nature. also didnt know that fwd mk, st rh, HP j upper did more damage. good stuff to know.
Something I need to do is let my meter and health dictate how I play instead of my feels.

May be playing for a little bit starting at 8pm central tonight. Havent played much the past few weeks due to a shit ton of other games being out. I played for a few mins yesterday and it was sad how many combos I dropped. So sad.
