probably never (or at least not during sfxt hype)
I’ll always be there but I cant guarantee others being there since most quit long long time ago.

I am on very often. I am definitely not a ThirtyFour or Mellow, but I can be someone to play with! Add me on XBL: xDrOOz
I play other character such as: Cammy, DeeJay, Gief, Yang, Ryu. So if you want to practice anything but the mirror I can help out a bit.
played some sfxt endless today. I had an alright time. The game is easy but there is so much stuff you have to keep track of. I forgot how much more meter focused sfxt game is than sf4. I had fun playing 2v2 when it first came out but would much rather play sf4 though…which i’m going to go do now.

Ugh since I moved to CO my Internet connection os a hit or miss and if my bro is on his ps3 forget about it. Im on a lot tho
Wish I didn’t have to cut out early. so many dudley elites in the endless. Got throttled by a bunch of secondary characters, but when I hit that empty duck> ssb> super I felt like Neo.
Dont forget about sir Deezus. Im around too just fiending away at my bnb fund. combos. This forum is a nice lobby to setup matches. So for me personally even if I am not on my xbox, hit me up here and ask if im down to run some sets. I picked up Oni as my Secondary and i still roll with Rog as my alternative boxer ( love the no kickers in fighting games ( steve/dud sfxt?? dam skippy.) So we dont have to mirror all day. honestly, Its just not fun gettin hit with combos you are trying to do first. I GET IT MOODY,DROO,34, SAS, KOUKS, YOU CAN CH xxxxxxxx RAPE FROM ANYTHING ANYWHERE, maybe i can get a turn to do you first next time hm???..anyways yeah, hit me up lol.
^^ haha…I think dud mirror is boring so ill pull out other characters while we play at times.
Really?! HAHA I think Dud mirrors are extremely fun! LOL It’s all about them St.hk buffers against those f.hp and st.hp happy duds! I also LOVE catching other duds with cr.hk pokes LOLZ!
Going against mirrors is fine for the most part, my issue is getting beat up when your mind is like “im going to do that now! -shi- no…NOOOOOOO… fuuuuuuu-!!! he got it off first -.-” atleast if im losin against another character i dont feel that haha.
Sassafras pls fix your Dudley.
You went from almost lv 2 to -3.
I don’t know why you took steps backwards.

Cold, ice cold. You may be right in all of your points and Sass may have played a gimmick game and “leveled down” but show some kind of decency. If he comes to you for help and you are clearly interested in helping (as you have taken time out of your day to give some constructive criticism) show that your criticism is constructive and avoid making statements like “dont ask for invite until you’re sure you’ve changed.” “change” is subjective; i feel I’ve changed each night when I’m done running my combos and practicing for hours just to realize that the guys I practice with show me i haven’t changed much at all. So what if he feels he changed, upped his game and invites you but to your standards is still gimmicked out? You going to dismiss him and not run with him anymore? Nah, I doubt that will happen, with the help you offer I’m sure you wouldn’t deny someone help if they personally ask you for it and you have the time to do something about it, which is why I’m saying something about it. You may be a great library of knowledge of how to properly play Dudley but lets keep to the theme and keep it classy. This aint a Balrog thread, show more respect.
he did full screen mgb no
deezus you must be new here. I’ll send you your welcome packet in the mail
I’m not saying thats not bad, mow him down with what it is, if i wanted help from someone I’d want it straight and to the point too, but I wouldnt want to lose comfort knowing that I could go back to whoever is helpin me out to continue with the help. I loved your post it was direct specific and it placed emphasis on the big nonos. ( typically if i were to ask basic things it would be " record yourself ( assuming i could do that),“just practice them” ( as if im not) “WATCH THE TUT” as if it was made for me etcetc. which all are good ideas, but your post was just for him. To me the ice cubes formed when the words " dont ask for invite…" came about. I’m sure you take pride in helpin out those who seek you out and even though sass might not have an issue with it, some potential lurker who takes your advice for other people and consumes it like leftovers might not get better because they wont think they are good enough to learn to get better. First thing I noticed when getting back into SRK after years of absence was in the Dudley forums; there was a warm and open feeling filled with homies(fffaaaaabbuulllouussss…jokes…)who just wanted to see others shine with Dudley. Then the elites who made doing so easy by adding to bread and butter combos thread, the all famous “TUT” the (lackluster) endless lobby seshes etc. came around too and it was a good time. I’m just looking out for us all as a whole and see us all shine, but we cant if we dont feel like we are worth the time to those who have the ability to help us.
, I
New? O nono, I may not be vanilla SRK but I’ve been around since late 07 early 08. If you are referring to this Dudley community then thats fine by me if im not well known within it. Regardless, I attach myself to it because I like Dudley and more importantly I like the atmosphere of people wanting to help others. New or not I set a tone where I converse and encourage renewal within this community amongst us all.
I was 2 cocktails in while playing and kind of frustrated so I was just experimenting and throwing out bogus shit for a while. I get the advice and appreciate it 34. However they were like 60% screen medium mgb and they hit like 3 out of the 4 times I used them out of 34 matches. You also beat me a round with a legit full screen.
Newayz nbd, should play sober more. When I’m playing smart I still have issues with safe jumps and letting people slip away. Would appreciate help with that.
lol. that was cold? that’s the nicest i’ve ever seen 34 be to ANYONE (except merrow). but yo, real talk, when 34 gives you advice, just try to ignore HOW it’s presented and take the points he’s trying to make away from it.
gotta know when to play to win and when to play to learn.
Hey 34 is one cold MF i hear ya. People have different methods of teaching. 34 is the “stern but fair” Daddy figure, hell yeah its gonna breed some champions I respect that stance. However, I stand by my own values and just introduced a new perspective of the advice. Whether or not everyone here is used to “how things work” I just want to make clear my personal viewpoint-- respect goes a long way. We all show respect to skilled Dudleys, and even more who dedicate time and resources to educate the masses rather than share golden nuggets of knowledge to the chosen few but still, those who seek out these gurus and wish to improve their own Dudley ( or anyone for that matter) should expect respect in return as well.
But yeah speech mode Deezus is taking a break. Shit send me and invite and rip me to shreds ( or try to) and tell me not to ask for invites until i feel ive changed, ill ask for one the next day.
