Michael Fassbender IS Magneto to me now. He was THAT good.

Gravity Squeeze was in the movie…he just performed it on some poor defenseless bell and some helmets that just happened to be placed on Peon #1 and Peon# 2.
I went to go see the movie yesterday and I’m on the ‘This movie is solid’ train. I agree that going into the movie and just believing that it’s a reboot will help.

The main issue with Kick-Ass was the whole premise was “Ok, kid tries to be superhero in real life, of course its gonna fail” then halfway through the movie the whole damn outline goes out the window when 8-year old girls start doing John Woo shit and one-man army on everybody. Congrats Millar, you just threw away the entire point of the fucking film.
Wouldn’t go that far. I’ll say that I think Thor, Spidey 2 and a few other are better. Still good, tied up there with X2 as the best X-Men film.

There is a ton of source material out there, yet they either ignore it, or pick bits and pieces and smash them together.
Daredevil deserves another shot. Murdock can’t go out like that.
Elektra really didn’t need her own movie considering she was more of a side character that bounced around in various street level Marvel Heroes books like Daredevil, Heroes for Hire, Wolverine, Spiderman, and Punisher.
The thing about the Wolverine movie was that if they made some adjustments to the script( like not changing Deadpools look at the end of the movie, adamantium bullet to the head, maybe make Logan forget some of his memories during the adamantium process) the movie would’ve been too good. It was still an aight movie to me.
Ghost Rider was weird for me cause i could see what they were trying to do but it just fell flat all around. Hopefully with Marvel Studios taking over they can turn it around like how they did Hulk.
Marvel really needs to just buy back the Fantastic Four. They could easily integrate them into the Avengers if they wanted.
