With the passing of Bob Hoskins (RIP) today, I thought this was interesting.
Chris Claremont thinks Bob Hoskins would have made a good Wolverine in the 80’s.
[quote]
In the comics, Claremont noted, Wolverine is short and feral, hence his animalistic name. Claremont recalled a scene in the 1984 film “Lassiter” in which Hoskins pushes open a door and shoves the much taller Tom Selleck, while berating himClaremont said that in that moment, Hoskins captured the essence of Wolverine.

is Nimrod going be in this film?
is Nimrod going be in this film?
Yes, sadly…
Man.
Man this looks bad. I liked those first 2 X-Men flicks, but back then it was like, “that was really good for a superhero movie!”
Avengers movies and Batman trilogy really threw a wrench in things.
Young Magnus and Xavier scene… ( partiallyconfirms my theory about Charles walkiing…)
I’m actually okay with that explanation.
I’m just saying, I’m only watching this movie for Magneto fucking up RFK stadium and lifting it up off the ground.
Just being silly…
What if Back to the Future crossed over with DOFP?
The Amazing Spider-man 2 had a quick DOFP scene in the middle of the credits.
So I guess Spyke from X-men evolution has a cameo?
And the tattoo guy is probably… Ink?
As the first impressions of the first X-Men: Days of Future Past screening surface via Twitter, director Bryan Singer seemingly confirms young iterations of 3 more mutants in X-Men: Apocalypse
DOFP has promising early tweets and Singer makes a confirmation about the upcoming X-men: Apocalypse film…
So, does this mean Apocalypse is in the right time zone to revisit and recast iconic original characters** Cyclops, Jean Grey **and Storm? “Yeah, exactly,” Singer confirms.

Before I leave this earth, I want the movie studios to cut the crap and put Secret Wars on the big screen.
Secret wars would be so gangster on the big screen.

’ahem’
To quote one of my times most memorable and iconic rappers…
“WE DON’T BELIEVE YOU, YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE”
The worldwide premiere is this weekend, so more indepth impressions will probably come out soon.
In the meantime… Magnetic Tempest!!
Release your animality… err Beastiality!

The NYC premiere was on Saturday; You can spoil yourselves silly on Superherohype forums-DOFP section and imdb forums.
I didn’t want to do a RockB esque litany of blatant spoilers, but I will post the alleged post-credit scene.
In an after-credits scene, a grey-skinned man in ceremonial robes stands atop an altar in ancient Egypt. As the crowd chants “En Sabah Nur! En Sabah Nur!”, the grey-skinned man telekinetically builds a massive pyramid.
sounds cool imo
First full review of the film…
Be warned
He has a bunch of SPOILERS as bullet points after the main review , (FYI It appears right under the Wolverine/alcohol picture)
If you like X-Men -- even if you hate what the movies became -- you should see this movie.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is up there with X-Men: First Class as one of the best films in the X-Men series. It’s filled with action, it’s tense, and is surprisingly thoughtful at times. If you like X-Men — even if you hate what the movies became — you should see it.
ooops
This film looks shit.
“It’s unnecessarily contortionist and feet-focused, like she was trained by Sensei Quentin Tarantino.”
