I am just tired of seeing Mystique, Magneto in every movie. There’s more diverse characters out there.
The only solution for this is clearly to debut Dazzler.

I was thinking more like Selene from the hellfire club or Proteus or Empath. I also think it would be interesting if they made a movie about one of the many trips the X-men have taken to hell. Hell, a movie about Illyana Rasputin’s story would be so cool.
Which is a problem dealing with a series that’s suppose to be about a team. Besides Mags and Xavier, they’ve given us no reason over the course of 2 movies to give a damn about Mystique being the “leader” of this team, like we don’t know they’re simply trying to push Jennifer Lawrence. Hell, the movies are called X-Men yet there’s practically been no character development for anyone else BESIDES Mags and Xavier.

Hah. There’s no way we’re getting Selene, Proteus, Empath or anything related to Hell or Limbo in the movies, at least in anything but name or as a passing “joke” reference, especially since they made Azazel an outright mutant (which I actually kind of prefer). They’re all way too complicated to fit into a singular movie, which is par for the course with non-Magneto villains, and very few people tend to be able to write magic(k) (and Magik) well on top of that.
It’d be far more likely for us to see (Lady) Mastermind, Shinobi Shaw, one of Emma’s siblings, or maybe even a villainous version of Sunspot with regards to a villain (that was related to the Hellfire Club). At best, after Apocalypse, I’m guessing they’ll probably try to do Minister Sinister, especially since he has ties to Gambit.

I feel the same way about Iron Man in current Marvel. He’s fucking Wolverine…on every team, involved in every plot. Throw his ass in a hole for 3 years, fuck Tony Stark.
I kind of want Xmen to stay out of the MCU/Marvel hands so it can be more violent. Def needs a complete reboot/reimagining though.
I just want an R rated, faithful Wolverine movie (or movies.) Get a new Wolverine, whatever. Just make it heavy and violent. Just how 90s era Danzig would want.

The premise is interesting. And I like the new costumes for Magneto, Monet and Psylocke. I don’t even know how Archangel is back, but if he is back things are gonna get dark. Reminds me of when Deadpool fed him his own flesh
