The 90s avengers was horrible to read almost entirely because of the silly focus on Wonderman. He was a stupid concept, had stupid powers, and all of the arcs involving him were also stupid. They also decided the Xman beast was his BFF and they would go on silly team up adventures where they would go full brokeback and giggle and play like 3 year olds. This also made no fucking sense because Beast was not like this in the X-men comics at all, and would only be this way around Wonderman. I remember one comic where Wonderman was filming a movie and he had to leave because the Avengers needed him, lol.
