Description of footage…

The footage opened with Jean Grey seeing a future where the world is destroyed in a nuclear explosion

Professor X asks what she saw and she says the “end of the world”

There’s a voice over from Isaac about he’s been seen as a God and he lists a couple that he’s represented

there’s talk about cults that worship mutants

We hear a lot of voice over from Apocalypse before we finally see him in a hood and Magneto says “Who the ***** are You?" and Apocalypse responds "Come and See” as we see him in costume

We see a bunch of the characters including Storm (in a mohawk!)

Apocalypse can control other mutants and we see a scene where the X-men are facing Apocalypse with a bunch of them including what looks like Archangel

Magneto is with Apocalypse in the face-off scene and he uses his powers to grab Professor X’s wheelchair and pulls it towards them

Then Apocalypse gives a big speech to the young mutants saying they’ve lost their way by following blind leaders

“Everything you’ve built will fall and from the ashes of the world, we’ll build a better one"

we only saw a little bit of Psylocke

We get a glimpse of all the characters… Just a shot of Nightcrawler and Cyclops

But we also see a lot of Professor X in Cerebro as Apocalypse seems to be enhancing his power

and the footage ended with the classic Professor X look, in a wheelchair with a bald head

The titles said "Prepare for the Apocalypse”

Singer said the movie takes place ten years after “Days of Future Past,” in a world where mutants are more accepted.

Early footage without finished effects was shown as a teaser. We learn that the revelation of mutants has led to cults around the phenomenon, and get a look at Apocalypse and a bald-headed Xavier.

Apocalypse’s message to mutants is simple: “You are all my children, and you are blind because you follow blind leaders.”

Lawrence said her character is more Raven than Mystique this time around, saying “she doesn’t want to be the face of a world she doesn’t believe in.”

Fassbender said his character has “given up his cape and his evil ways” at the start of the film, but he gets drawn inevitably into the conflict. And of course he’s a conflicted character. “What you’re seeing is someone who’s influenced by his development in life,” he said. “He’s trying to lead a normal life, from then on, things happen.”

Isaac said that, according to Apocalypse, “the world isn’t what it should have been, because God’s been asleep.” Now he has to use “the power of persuasion … to convince them that his way is the way to go.”

IIRC theyre only 1/2 done filming (late April - Sept)
This teaser trailer probably wont be out officially till October if they follow the same pattern as DOFP.

Some of the cast was on Conan just now.

Nothing important except Munn claimed that she will be wearing the Jim Lee 90s era outfit
(Conan showed a Greg Land (blech) drawing and asked how she fit into it)
Take with a grain of salt though.

The costume itself does not translate to real life. You’d need fitness model level thickness and ass with curves.

Nobody can fill out that suit.

Munn was on Conan last night and she said they have to lube her up along with the costume so she can fit into it… and one time the costume popped at the crotch area on set.

Damn… Aaron Rodgers probably roleplays with her dressed up as Psylocke while he beats it.
