It usually takes 1-3 business days to process orders and 3-5 business days to ship to Canada via UPS Standard. It may take a little longer due to weather or random exams to clear customs though.

Sanwa JLF went bad on my pearl today, not sure what the deal is. When I do a fireball motion is shows multiple forward inputs causing me to to srk’s constantly. Anyone know what the cause of that would be? Thank goodness I have plenty of sticks as backup

To use a button plug, you have to remove the button. They go in the hole.

If you can see start button on the front,you 're sure it’s a Qanba…i prefer Eightarc Fusion,cause i don’t like start button on front and hangrip of Qanba…i have both et i prefer to put my stick under my arm…so i never use it.

Hey so I’ve got a bit of a problem. I recently bought an eightarc from FocusAttack and just got it yesterday. I used it just last night on my Xbox and it worked perfectly. Now I’m trying to use it today and it’s not working right. It’s either not responding at all or the numbers in the top right hand corner that indicate which controller it might be are all just flashing. Has anyone dealt with this before or anything?
EDIT/UPDATE: I tried it out on my PC and it definitely seemed to recognize it and all the buttons and everything worked fine when I tried them in the game controllers menu. But still not working correctly on my 360. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hey guys, awesome stick. I love the weight and the velvet. Just bought one around Xmas and got it in the mail a couple days ago. I’m having a problem with the stick hitching and making an odd clicking noise when I do a partial motion down left. It does this every time I do a down left but it’s most pronounced if I do a partial motion (move it just enough not to hit the direction inputs). It doesn’t make the noise in any other direction. Is this fixable or did I get a bad stick?
EDIT: Did some detective work. I pulled the stick out, re-seated the spring and wiped a little grease off of the washer cover and that seems to have fixed it completely. Good deal! Great stick!
I have similar problem with the new Eigharc Fusion Ivory stick making weird squeaking noise at corners. My top left and bottom right corners make odd grinding noise when I push against them.
When I move my stick to the right, it squeaks when it springs back to neutral position.
My MADCATZ Chun-Li Limited Edition TE-S did not have any of these problems.
I’m not sure what is going on.
