Your numbers are off. For the common 24mm screw in button from Sanwa (OBSN-24) or Seimitsu (PS-14-DN), a hole of 24mm is all that is needed for the threaded part. To have the button recessed around the rim, a 30mm hole is all that is needed. It should fit fine in the MDF holes according to your measurements.
It’s true that both Sanwa & Seimitu will fit width-wise (24mm), but they only have approx 14mm of threading length-wise. Since the MDF case is 12.7 mm (0.5 in) thick, that gives less than 2mm to screw the nut onto the button. I’m thinking that isn’t enough… thus, I was looking at Happ, IL, Yenox, Crown, etc. buttons as an alternative. But they work length-wise and fail width-wise (28mm). It’s a no-win situation!

Is there a 360 to PS3 adapter that works with the Onyx (http://eightarc.com/360-onyx)? If so, would it work for both fat and slim PS3’s? I COULD get a dual mod stick but I’d rather have the detachable cord.
Just got my PS3 Onyx in the mail today and I gotta say that I couldn’t be happier. This is my first at home stick so I can get some real practice in now. There was a scratch on the face plate but honestly not a big deal in the long run, i’m sure i’ll do more damage to it then that after a few days with it. Great stuff eightarc, keep up the good work!

I hate to pester you about it, since I know you guys are working hard to fulfill demand, but will you have any Fusion sticks in stock at your booth? Rather than being antsy about restock in Fusion, I figure I’ll just wait until then. If not, that’s okay – that Ebony Xbox stick looks nice, too.
