The DIY blanks are in stock, correct? Just out of curiosity, would an unfinished curly maple be available? Looking at these cases I’m not sure if I’d paint one pr stain it!

@ spenzalii - While I do have some curly maple I haven’t built any blanks yet ( I have something very special planned for it). Check the first page of this thread to see what I still have available. I would never paint curly maple but you can stain, dye or poly it and all three are pretty easy to do and look really nice!
Nah, I wouldn’t paint curly maple either. It would get a stain to make it look like the interior wood on a Jag! I’d definitely paint the poplar; the maple could go either way for me. I need to finish up one other project and I’ll definitely get back to you!
If that curly maple is planned for what I think it’s planned, that is exactly what I want.

I should mention that due to the storm that came through last week all orders are delayed by a week because I was unable to get to my my shop pretty much all last week. I’ll continue where I left off this week and there seems to me no damage to any of the cases or my tools so that a good thing. Please remember that all Custom orders will take at least 3 to 4 weeks because of the build and curing time of the lacquers. I all have this posted on the first page of my sale thread but it’s worth mentioning again. All good things are worth waiting for

lol, its ok. i just find it funny that it is so hard to get a hold of case buliders. I know thats your case. I took it from the first page. 
So I know you can make it, but I don’t know how busy you are. You said it will take 4 weeks for custom orders, but I don’t think what I want would be considered a custom order. I don’t even need it painted or stained. Just the case with plexi and the holes drilled. I will shoot you an email.
