dude, if only i was moving to socal instead of norcal. with our powers combined.
I’ve had my voltech case for about a month now and have gone to a lot of local sessions and pretty big local tourneys. Everyone always asks first where I got the case and who made it. Lot more attention than my art modded TE’s I used to carry around. Might have to purchase a slim piano black soon lol
I’ve just finish with my case and here it is:
-jlf with ls-33 spring
-obsn-30 (may change colors in the future)
-NAUSB

I love this case. Practically my first “large” case.
Thanks Voltech!
very nice! i love the white. clean wiring too!
That looks very nice, can’t wait ti’ll I receive mine. Do you have any idea if card stock fits flush under the plexi? That’s what I planned to use with my artwork.
HI Voltech I just placed my order on Zebra. Can you forget the 6 buttons layout I requested earlier? Just leave it by 8 buttons Vewlix default. I still need 2x24mm holes on top side panel near 6 buttons(not on plexi panel) and 1 neutrik hole in the middle.Let me know if you are still confused.Let me see your draft before shipping to me.Thanks
Cheers
Edit: Sorry, this is what I meant and what I want:
Second: The hole pattern on the access panel will now be 3 x 24mm button holes on the users right and 1x 24mm NAUSB hole on the left like this
I have a quick question.
I notice the bottom plexi is screwed into the pegs inside via the stoppers on the outside.
…but what holds the top plexi in place, besides the buttons?
thats right the buttons.
sait0u Nice job on the case it looks very clan and professional. Although I thought you where going to use Happ parts in it. I guess you still can in the future and there’s always the slim model if you want both setups
Zebra I got your order and the 3x24mm [ooo o] layout is my default now so it shouldn’t be a problem
ZONG_one Buttons hold the plexi down and screws hold the top to the frame. It’s pretty stable unless you plan to use all snap in buttons then I recommend you screw the plexi top down.
I just wanted the big case, I have too many slims if you have looked at my collection in the “check out my arcade stick” thread. =)
Edit: heres my post on the thread to shorten the search:

new resized pics of my custom stick. I redid the artwork to make it where you can make out everything clearer, and have a pic of the wiring job.

Thanks to Voltech for the box. Waited a while but it was worth it
Thanks, I was asking because I’m venturing into making my first custom.
I’m actually very near you, (25-30 min drive,) what’s up with the woodworking lessons?
Not sure if this was asked already but has anyone tried using a Ls-56? Does it work on the Voltech mounting plate?
Or the Ls-40.
yes it does
Both of them?
Thanks for the info.
Ok, thanks yammy.
the standard mount plate that comes with the ls-56 will not fit. you have to replace the plate with the rectangle one.
Interested in the black dyed maple. Is it still available and what is the defect?
