You said the venom has both square and octo gates I assume you meant the RAP in one of those?
Does the venom have sanwa buttons installed per chance?

Sorry – typo on my part, I’ll update OP. RAP is Sanwa, Venom is Seimitsu.
Specifically, Venom is an LS-56 with an octogate and a bat and PS-14-GN buttons. I believe I’ve still got the original venom hardware floating around somewhere as well.
