I tried dualmodding my 360 te stick, but I obviously don’t have the soldering skills because the thing doesn’t work now 
Could I send you my lousy-install board and have you swap in all new imp/cthulu boards (just in case I fried them)?

Hey Missing Person, I am not sure if my stick has been sent out yet, if so, please disregard this post.
It has been almost 2 months (Nov 23rd, 2009) since I mailed you my stick. I have been very patient because i Know you had to get parts and had real life obligations. At this point, I want to know exactly what is going on.
Is my stick done? What is the status? If you are not finished with my stick, or have not started it, I would like you to resend me my stick as is with a refund. I have been unable to use my stick for 8+ tournaments and it is starting to be a pain. If this is a scam, which im hoping isnt the case, I am going to go through the process of a dispute. I am going to need a response in the next couple days or I will take the appropriate actions.
Once again, if you have finished/sent my stick, disregard this post.

I have spoken to Missing Person and he has said that he is working on my stick and has provided pictures of the project. Please disregard the message above.
Missing Person is, you guessed it, Missing again. He sent me several pics of my stick being worked on (Jan 23). I dont think I can wait any longer. I been giving him the benefit of the doubt for 3 months now but its probably time to take action. If anyone knows Missing Person, please let him know to check this thread because I cant get in contact with him.

He has my stick too so we are in the same boat. Anyways, he did PM me about a week ago saying he is swapped with IRL stuff and he told me my stick is 2nd in line to someone elses he is working on so I am assuming its you.

he e-mailed me today with a tracking number for my stick crosses fingers
I’ve had the best success contacting him through AIM and e-mail. SRK messages tend to go unanswered for some time.

No wonder I kept getting requests for sticks. PM’s are tending to go unanswered amidst a flood of mod requests, despite my shop being (CLOSED)
MMDS: I HAD time this week to finish your stick, unfortunately, I had to spend that time on the couch, trying to get rid of a bad sinus infection. I’m finally feeling better, and I should be able to get to work on fixing your stick tomorrow. Sorry it’s taken so long.

-took extremely long to get my stick back, due to personal issues. Poor communication
-stick was not working due to poor soldering. I had to have a friend just re-do it.
-PCB was not secure in place so wires came loose.
-stick was returned dirty and sticky.
-screws stripped.
-stick was sent to wrong address
eek, only thing wrong with mine was the joystick was not 100% functional, but everything else was fine. still haven’t received it back yet though on the 2nd run

I got a mod a while back, but was kind of displeased. My stick functions now, but I had to do some of my own work
-He said he can do an imp switch mod, but was unable to do so. He asked if he could a ddpt switch mod instead. I didn’t really care at the time since I just wanted it to arrive working.
-The wait time for the mod service took FOREVER.
-When the stick arrived, I took it out for a test run on both consoles and button layout for the PS3 support was.

X, O, [], /\ buttons were switched up, which was a big do not want for me at the time. I let it slide since it still worked.
-After playing for a while, stick stopped working, checked insides and saw some loose wires. Somehow fixed it by just jamming the loose wires in the soldering points since I really don’t know how to solder. I also did some work to make the button configuration correct for PS3 support (wire stripping > qd’s with barrier strips to extend wiring) It works fine for now, but all in all, I’m kind of disappoint with the service.
edit* Oh, also, communication during the time of my order was good thankfully.

can someone who knows MP contact him again. Tell him if he can’t fix my stick, Ill just take a refund and take it to someone else. I need the stick to practice on DC at least
