slide the plexi down or up, it will slide far enough to lift up one side. then just slide it the other way to get the opposite end out. lay your new art, slide the plexi back on top one side at a time.

I have no idea. mine was a metallic purplle with a black base coat. I have no idea on brands or anything of that matter.

I wonder how finkle’s doing? And if I were to just spray some new paint over certain chipped spots without sanding would it be a bad idea?

I’ve seen some of his work, I’d say they’re worth it.
yes, there has been some poor communication on my part mainly for things that were out of my hands. The business that my family runs hit some rough times due to some mismanagement not on our part but more so an outside party so all things have to come to a grinding halt not just their business but mine too as family comes first as i’m sure all of you would understand if you’re in good standing with your family.
around the time SFIV dropped on console I was getting totally swamped with email for requests to make sticks, so many in fact there just wasnt time to even scratch the surface and reply to email. plus I had way too much personal matters on my plate to even commit to orders and the last thing I wanted to do was take people’s money and not give them what they asked for. people who have been here long enough know that sometimes people go through crap in their lives, take a bunch of orders to make sticks and vanish and there’s a witch hunt that follows. it’s happened MANY times with people here and I simply didnt want that to happen.
I put up an additional email a ways back for people to email me if they wanted status on their stuff and most people responded. if there was a matter that didnt get resolved, the email was there and people had access to the email I had purposely set up just in case people were worried about things etc. If there was a person(s) who had an issue i’m sorry I didn’t respond and look into matters but my hands were tied and if i had to choose between putting food on the table and keeping a roof over my head over the stick side of things then naturally my priorities were in the right place.
there were a couple people who emailed me about making some slight changes to their sticks ie shortening joystick shafts, taking care of some minor details that got overlooked and they got taken care of without question because they used the email I posted when the shit was hitting the fan so to speak. if anyone missed the email i’m sincerely sorry, if it’s a strike against me then it’s one I will just have to man up about and take.
where things stand right now?
My house has been sold, I’m moving cross-country to a hopefully better situation, bigger shop to build things in and with a bigger shop means lower wait times and maybe even lower prices at the end of the day. I can also expand and just plain do more due to freedom.
I leave on the 15th of august, I should be settled in within 2-3 weeks time. once I settle in I can take new orders, and for god sakes be more organized with things since i’m starting with a clean slate.
