I just played a round through arcade mode and my thumbs are blistering up already.

Noel, please contact me regarding the broken case…I can’t seem to get you via gmail anymore. I know you’re super busy but this shouldn’t take up too much time I hope.

I will gladly pay for the replacement side piece that was damaged in transit plus the shipping cost.

I just want to get this last one finished…they are so nice, this is just arrrgh! :sad:

The other two are done and I’ll post pics soon, they were given as gifts to friends…so I’m doing mine last.

That’s terrible. Looks like the bubble wrap adhered to the paint. That’s gotta be painful to see after all of the time you spent waiting.
Was it shipped through UPS? The way the box looks it wouldn’t surprise me if it was. I worked for those guys for 3 years and the way they handle boxes is pretty sickening. The best way to go through them is one of their airmail options (more expensive but for something like this way worth it). The box sees less time on the conveyor belts and is put into much smaller containers where it doesn’t have as much weight put on it from other packages. Just a heads up to everyone who reads this. I hope your stick gets fixed soon dude, I really do. Finkle’s stuff is so freaking awesome, it’s a shame to have waited so long and have this happen.

My heart sank when I got the package…but its not the end of the world. I think he used Canada’s mail system, it wasn’t UPS.

The paint probably had not finished curing/drying fully…it could have been cold/damp weather and he was trying to get me my stuff ASAP. I’m sure that the box getting mashed about really put a lot of weight on it and the bubble wrap left impressions.

The paint on the 2 black cases was seriously jacked up as a result, the white case was mint. I have since wet sanded the black cases and they look fine now so no worries. It really was an easy fix.

The broken side piece is another story. :crybaby:

Yeah I think I would about cry with that one too. I am sure Finkle will take care of you on that one. If you don’t mind me asking, how long did it take to get that made from order to arrival?
