Hey Everyone,
I havent been around here for a good while, I know some people have been looking for me recently. well it appears people are always looking for me some how! As of late I have been terribly ill and was hospitalized for a short period with a severe respiratory issue. The good news is i’m going to be ok but it was a scary bout and bummed me out.
Changes
As it appears nobody really wants the older console based sticks anymore so I suppose its time for me to move out of the year 2000 and move into the present day. I wasn’t sure if I was going to continue making sticks as my time to build them is getting less and less. I want to say that I will be continuing making sticks for you guys and will be bringing some new changes to decrease the stress on you guys and myself so everyone is happy.
I will be making PS3 sticks asap, I will continue to make xb360 sticks too. I have been somewhat hesitant of making for these consoles as i’m a console-less guy and i’m always worried that what I see translated in the windows control panel isnt going to translate the same on the console its for. luckily I’m batting at a high percentage rate and have faith in my abilities to get the job done. naturally you guys come first and satisfaction is of the greatest paramount. With the use of the Cthulhu board I should have some ps3 sticks to sell in the VERY near future. If they sell quickly I will make more and hopefully before the holiday confusion starts in the very near future.
thats not to say I wont take custom orders but believe it or not, it’s faster for me to create 5 one-off sticks than it is for me to make the same amount of the standard “finkle” profile designs. I love making sticks for you guys, I know time isnt on my side more than it’s suppose to be but lately (and for some time) everything has either been a logistical nightmare of getting basic materials or something comes up like this health issue! Luckily the health issue is being taken care of and is one less thing to worry about. The other issues are more so the patchiness of sales which is somewhat my own fault for not bringing the new consoles into the forefront. But like i said, I did it just in case things didnt work out and I had a shitload of unhappy people wanting to burn me at the stake. I’m confident in my work and I’m willing to continue to invest money into this provided people are willing to buy what I sell.
pricing, well with anything new there will have to be increases in prices but I will try my best to keep things affordable and as close to the original prices as i possibly can. But expect price increases for the new console sticks. you wont have to remortgage your home or anything silly like that though 
current orders, as it stands I have a few outstanding orders that i’m trying to complete asap. The problem is I cannot paint, grind, cut, solder or anything else that I might breathe in until i’m better. plus being high on pain killers and using drill presses, milling machines, bandsaws and welding gear is probably not a good idea.
future orders, I will be taking orders, if it’s for a ps3 it will have to wait until I receive my goods and if you want a pre-built stick those will probably be ready before the custom orders and will be different than the usual design. xb360 sticks, well those I can make and have made a few recently. Multi-console sticks will come in time but for the meantime stick with the singular sticks for the time being if you can. Old console sticks (ps2, etc) well I will still make those but I get hardly any orders for them anymore.
