I believe you need to pay before he starts making it or when it’s in early development.

90% of stick makers ask for payment upfront before product is produced so they can order parts and supplies.

Finkle started for me before I payed(I think? I mighta’ been mistaken in his e-mail, so don’t quote me on this…I am more than likely wrong) cause I have a big tourney to go to next month. But he also said he usually likes payment up front for reasons I specified.

The cheapest way I’ve seen anyone do it is pay for half beforehand, half when completed. That’s what I did with koi. :tup:

Well I’m sure finkle is a pretty flexible guy when it comes to payment. Ideally, if you don’t want to pay everything upfront, what Mechanica said is the best option.
