Oh your fine with bounds, only reason I came in, is its perfect start, to other people to “crap” on the thread. No one passed any bounds yet, but I don’t want to see it happen if it doesn’t need be.
for yours Hozie, I would suggest, ask him for a refund, its not your loss, ask him honestly, when will you be able to refund me, and go from there. Give him another week or so to get back to you, and if it takes to long, then go on the offensive. If he mentions he had money problems, and honestly alot of us do now, especially since School (college) just restarted, its tough, I am feeling it myself. But he should get back to you. If hes going through anything I went and am going through, hes problably ashamed this happened, but sometimes @#%@# happens, and you got to deal with it. If anyone wants any advice, I been in both sides, I can hopefully help. Anyways taking care of my own customers now hehe ;), just didn’t want “crap” posted, what you guys said was fine, I just did a preemptive strike to avoid what happened on my thread hehe. I am so nice X_X.
It’s almost been a month since we’ve gotten the pictures of the sticks yet we still haven’t gotten them or heard a word from PP, because of this I don’t think you’re becoming a pest B00m.
While I hate to sound like an ass I will have to say that if I don’t get any type of notice stating that the stick I ordered three months ago is coming I WILL get my money back. There’s no maybe, or any kind of what-if’s, during the following week if I don’t see PP back with a shipping number I will have my $225 back regardless of how I manage to do it.
It seems like the amount of time I would put into getting my money back would be nothing compared to the amount of time I’m looking at waiting for an already finished Stick. Now, I don’t mean to start drama about this (god knows any one of us could though) so please don’t take my message as a bashing or flaming post. Thanks and I hope for all of our sakes that the sticks will be sent soon, and by soon I don’t mean mid-March.
Last activity 12/18/07. I’m giving him to Feb to respond, or I’m shuting this down. Sorry to hear what’s happening to everyone, but I can’t let other customers to be suckered in if he’s not responding.
It would be sad to see something happen to PaintedPale.
My guess is he was gone for the holidays because I highly doubt he tried to screw anyone.
He had nothing but positive feedback.
I still believe that there is something else going on here. More complex than PP just “ripping us off.” There is something… Everything exhibited doesn’t add up to that…

hope you guys get your sticks soon, im waiting for mine on another source and i know how bad it sucks waiting so long. if i were the one making your guys’ sticks, and i pulled this stunt, i would give give a discount or something. from what i’ve read it all seems pretty ridiculous/irresponsible.
Hmm…alright but something had better happen soon. I’d hate to look up and it’s april or something with customers still wondering what happened to the seller/goods.
Well it’s been a week and as I expected we’ve heard nothing from PP.
I’ve given up on the stick and am now going to focus on getting my money back in any way I can. If anyone knows a fast and/or painless way to do this then I’ll accept any and all help.
I won’t be saying things like “I hope you guys get your stick” because saying things like that won’t help anyone. If Painted does come back I won’t be accepting the stick, I’ll be taking back the money I paid 3 months ago.
Thanks PC. I’m not trying to come off as an Ass but I just personally feel like this has taken too long and like I’ve been jerked around as well. I hope things get resolved as well but I’m not going to go out of my way to make someone’s life harder than what it is, I just want my money back plain and simple.
I work in retail so I have a good understanding of how customers should and should not be treated and well…you guys know what kind of scenario this is so I’ll just leave it at that. Lets hope my quick and painless way of handling this works out. :woot:
