no way to check, and yes I leave good and bad feedback. Its a shame when somebody is nice and the other person just acts like a bitch. The feedback service works but not fully. Enough so to be effective.

btw, thats not a banning letter that letter means someone called up xbox live and told them to cancel your account OR someone on your xbox unsubscribed from xbox live with that account at the dashboard.
