Wtf is Go For Broke?

Okay, I’ve noticed Go For Broke is what the announcer says before a match starts, I know Go For Broke is the site where many match videos are hosted.

But wtf does it mean? Where did it originate?

I know, it’s a weird question.

Go for broke is like an equivalent to “Go for it!”. I think campbell said it when he was first in Japan and they adopted it and put it in Alpha 3.
