I actually heard a story of a kid who does this, was on tv some while ago, and they had him meet an older man who can do the same thing
at sometime, they were outside, the older man showing the kid the advantage of wearing glasses/walking cane even though they can “see” pretty well already. the kid did not like this and ran away and hid…it was pretty much this blind kid and blind old guy walking around clicking (echo location) hiding and seeking…quite funny
the kid needed to stop clicking though so that the other guy couldn’t find him…but he lost his site then. he hid in some bushes I remember

Pretty incredible. I heard there’s a white kid in Cali who wears clicky shoes and also clicks his mouth like that too. I don’t know if he does the bike or rollerblades but he can apparently skateboard through the city on his own… will ollie up and down curbs as needed. Insane that they are able to make such an unorthodox adaptation so well.
