well blocking is a very complex and advance Tech skill… so it’s ok when people dont understand it! =D
and of course everyone would know mvc2… it was the most popular arcade game when i was in the…8th grade… haha

Must of been a Guile user. Usually scrubs will pick Guile and combo into Sonic Hurricane.
Easiest way to beat a scrub is to pick Storm or use the Superman glitch
