WTF?! A Lubbock thread?!

It has already been posted in the Midland/Odessa thread, Just wanted to repost here.

JamBonne and I are going to be gathering our resources and work with the UCC in Dallas to bring West Texas fighters bi-weekly semi-large tournaments for many different games including, but not limited to, SSFIV and MvC3. These will fit nicely with the weekly tournaments that are already happening in Lubbock and will not only give you great competition, but will increase the overall skill of the area.

If you want more details, head over the Mid-Cities thread and read the last couple of posts. There is some really exciting information for fighting game enthusiasts.

Edit: Most of the games we play will be on the 360, as it has proven to be the better system – For SSFIV anyway. We will also be using ASUS monitors, which are the best, lag-free monitors ATM.

Hey doods,

If anyone is still interested in the Levelland Tournament on the 19th, here is sum info.

Location: Pizza Hut, 1203 College Ave. Levelland, TX

Time: registration 2:30pm. First Tourney starts @ 3PM

MvC3 Singles: $3 entry fee, double elimination
SSFIV Singles: $5 entry fee, double elimination

Both held on xbox 360, Bring your own controller.

No venue fee as Pizza Hut is graciously letting us use their facilities. Although support them and purchase food or drinks.

Hope sum of you can make it out.
