A Ninja that is ‘unaffected by <card> effects’ is not protected from <card> effects that affect Teams.
The Ninja is not being targeted or individually affected, but the Team as a whole is being affected. Even if the Ninja that is ‘unaffected by <card> effects’ is the only Ninja in that Team, the effect is still affected the Team.
Therefore, some effects that this includes are:
-
effects that change the Battle to a Mental Battle, or prevent a Mental Battle.
-
effects that force the two Teams to skip the Showdown.

David, Yakamo + Ino enticement= early game wreckage for female deck… so dumb… I couldn’t beat Greg’s deck at all or Josh or Ben’s… deck… female is the way to go next set… it’s so amazing…
Steven, I don’t think your wrong all the time but some of the things you do seem a little iffy to me thats all and daten even agreed with me about the mastery thing too but then you found a more in depth ruling on it later.
Yakamo + Ino enticement is crazy good, -4 to all male ninjas with out genjutsus and an enterence 2 or less, what do you do tell turn 3

Even with ibuki, you still wont play? the only things wrong with SF4 is easy reversals and throws…I gotten used to them by now. Im still pumped for this…
Who knows, I think it is safe to say everyone will buy it and put “some” time into it more so compared to the other fighters. I’m mean it’s Street Fighter, we are all going to play it when it comes out.
I’m just hoping for new changes. I welcome Ibuki and Dudley; not so much on Mak. Would’ve rather have Elena instead
DS or PSP? All PSP has is metal gear, but DS has Final Fantasy and other crazy touch screen games.
