I agree with @“Nobus3r1 ver. 2.0” without seeing the bottom & insides of the stick it’s hard to diagnose the problem. Take it apart, post pics, and we’ll go from there.
As for a replacement spring, nothing I know of in the WICO , iL, iL/Happ , or Suzo/Happ lines has the same tension as the one in the black circle bottom Perfect360, so cannibalization is the only route there, or… @Zabuza22 you may have to hit up the mad scientists @eczangief or @Pablo_the_Mex or @sethian0 or even @kowal for alternate options.
