Also want to point out that if you remove the control panel base of a blast city, it’s essential the same thing.
Of course, you’d still need to get your own PCBs and populated panel(if it didn’t have one).

So if you ever see anyone parting out a blast city, I’d ask for the control panel base ASAP.
Those usually go quickly.

Also, there’s some manufactured super guns that are similar as well. But those are even rarer.
