Buying a Madcatz TE shell
Do not need or want the top panel,pcb’s optional but not needed.
Basically just have to many damn parts floating around i’d rather get put into a stick i can then give away or donate somewhere.

Buying a te2 bezel, color is not important, will be dyeing it anyway.
Also looking for one of these. I don’t understand why they’re so hard to find!
I spoke with Madcatz support directly and they don’t have any in stock or know when they will be in stock.
So weird. I wonder if the rumors about Mad Catz going out of business in the near future are true? Otherwise I can’t imagine why there’s zero stock on these.
Mind me asking how can you dye these?
There’s a few options.
Dying plastics is pretty common with RC enthusiasts.
i’ve used VHT spray dye before for TE1 sides. the starting color was a glossy black and the final color was a very dark blue with the spray. I was disappointed because i wanted a royal blue but i think the starting color of a plastic will affected it. i mightve gotten a better blue if i had started with white TE sides.
Vinyl Dye works really well too I’ve done a bunch of the Madcatz TE bezels and they look great.
Amazon finally has them in stock as of 1/5. So far only black and red.
