wtf?
Are you serious?
Ughghghggh
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy???
I don’t think I ever saw a delayed slam until Kong got there. Chyna never used them and I don’t remember seeing the Glamazon doing it either. Kong with a sledgehammer looked weird to me, but it would work. @ going exterminator on tara’s spider though. Damn So cal is still running around? GTFO. We don’t need a white Charmel. We don’t need the black one either. I wish they could’ve done that part better though because if kong really wanted to crush the thing, she could’ve just knocked it down with the sledge and…BOOM! HEAD…err, WHOLE DAMN BODYSHOT!!
Global impact needs to become the regular TNA. one hour and it was better than both hours of TNA. The japanese crowd killed me though. all that in-ring action and I’ve seen more hype at a golf game. It’s not that they weren’t thrilled, that’s just how the Japanese are. i’ll be looking for this one when my pirate ship sets sail again.
-Starhammer-
Wait, what?
If this is real…LOL @ TNA…again.
:wtf: Talk about a Skull crushing finale.
-Starhammer-
oooooooooooh…that should go well
Please, please, the PC term is Chocolate Lesner.
Back in the weekly days he was the biggest Red mark in the universe. Not even the fans marked for Red as much as West. I think it’s pretty fitting, assuming the talking is left to a minimum.
Yo
I think Tazz said something to the effect of, “Kong don’t need a sledgehammer. Why she has one, I don’t know.” Took Red long enough to win the X-Division belt, not a bad thing (don’t know about Don West though :bluu:). That Pre-WWE Undertaker clip also took me to another NWA match. Forgot he used the Heart Punch, knew someone used it back in the day. Is there still hope for Smackdown, y’all?
I’m hoping booker T can fit in somewhere and save either of the shows… but I’m not sure at this point.
I went to a SmackDown/RAW supershow a few years back in STL. Saw a few great matches, but I remember the best being… I held up a sign that said “Choc Lesnar”… And Lashley actually came out and pointed to it.
Hahahhaha.
None of our other signs were all that brilliant.
That’s not entirely true. I’m not heavy into puro by any means, but I’ve seen enough 90’s AJPW where the crowd is practically nuclear. I think some old some NJPW matches were like that, too. Anyone know if or why this isn’t the case anymore, at least in the current major promotions in Japan? I was always under the impression that it’s the guys in the ring that drive whether or not the fans sit on their hands, although there definitely seems to be a prevalent ‘silence’ in general during matches. Maybe it’s just for main event/top of card stuff that they go nuts over?
Firstly, for all of you who are registered for the Battle Poll, please come and vote for Metapod today to show support for SRK Wrestling thread brethren.
lol
I like how she just decided now that pushing Lashley when he wasn’t even fully committed to the company was a good idea. That entire Bound for Glory card is ridiculous. Matt Morgan is the future of wrestling? :shake:
& Sting isn’t even retiring? So they’re giving him the belt. ARghghg More old men with belts. Yah!
Don’t hate on Matt Morgan, he’s got some serious potential… Unfortunately, they aren’t tapping into it.
He’d make a good Lex Luger style character. Crazy, batshit insane and nearly as American as Guile.
Matt Morgan is alright. He’s nothing special aside from the fact he can move fast for how big is.
His finisher sucks and he can’t cut a promo to save his life-dude talks way too fucking fast for his own good. And he over-acts in his promo. Like TOO much emotion/energy if that makes sense.
I can see why TNA want’s to push him but imo it’s too early for the reasons I mentioned and he is far from the future of TNA I don’t know why he’s even top card aside from his size. People like Daniels, Styles, Joe, MCMG, Hernandez and Homicde should have been top carding since day 1. This includes people they misused who have came and gone-Sanja Dutt and Jimmy Rave come to mind, as does Jay Lethal. But TNA has been pretty much Jeff Jarrett and friends for a long time. They are slowly fixing that but it might be too little too late.
Even with all the great booking decisions they’ve made in the Knockout Division and are slowly doing with top card (getting angle out top card was a good choice) they are still light years away of ever being considered a legit wrestling company.
Matt is special because of how good he is at his size, hes the dna of tna theres a bunch you can do with him. Those guys were a big part of the show before, they cant do the same thing they did back then with those guys right now, aside from joe, hernandez and aj you cant bring the other guys up to the front so quick anyway. Plus jimmy rave is horrible even in roh i agree with sonjay though he was ok.
fuck i missed punk promo.
matt morgan needs a mouth piece similar to how heyman did for lesnar…lol…remember when u first heard brock speak…we were all like…holy shit…its a 12 year old in the hulks body. brock makes me think of the comic hero shazam everytime he talks.
yeah, morgan needs a mouthpiece and a gimmick other than “i’m this super built dude.”
he could be a mega star. instead loltna
I’m late but, Morrison is that dude.
This Best of Roderick Strong DVD is fucking horrid. All of them are matches of him losing.
