Objectively speaking the worst movie I have ever watched is The Room, but that movie was hilariously bad.
Disaster Movie on the other hand is the only time I recall myself literally elbow dropping the disc in pure disgust about 10 minutes into the movie.
That shit was so bad that even though it only cost a dollar I still felt ripped off.

People keep talking about a movie that doesn’t exist.
Dragon Ball Evolution. Movie is so bad that you can’t even make fun of it or find something hilariously bad. It’s just painfully bad. It obviously doesn’t work as a portrayal of the source material, but it works even less as a stand-alone movie. Just horrible all across the board.
Oh, and video game based movies are always a given. I’m not really expecting a copy/paste of the game’s story, but goddamn, it’s almost like they go out of their way to just make the movie terribad. I watched KOF a while ago, and holy shit…you sure do wonder if the actors thought “this shit is hella dumb” while they were shooting that crap. I mean, how could they even keep a straight face? My God…
I guess making Kyo white and giving him zero martial art abilities was a new strategy. Still, not as bad as Street Fighter.
Movie was so fucking bad Raul Julia died soon after snacking down some sushi.

Artificial Intelligence is the last good sci-fi pic Spielberg’s directed. It was 12 years ago but give it another watch and pay attention this time.
That’s all I wanted to say. Uh… Blankman with Damon Wayans was just irredeemable, not even “so bad it’s good”
Pretty much any mockbuster written/directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer is pure garbage. Okay, the first Scary Movie was actually a guilty pleasure of mine (unsurprisingly, this also happens to be their highest rated movie on Metacritic), but everything that came after it (Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, Disaster Movie, Vampires Suck) sucked balls.
Oh, and in the “so bad it’s good” territory, Future Cops is probably the best Street Fighter movie ever made:
