You don’t need to declare your character and you can change characters pretty much anytime you want. The only time you can’t change characters is when you are inside of a set with an opponent and you won the previous game. But once you lose a game you can switch and when you switch opponents you can switch characters.

Also, there appears to be some confusion about pool play. If you win your first two games or lose the first two games, the set is OVER. You do not play a third game unless you split the first two games. If either player wins game one and game two its over and you move on to your next opponent.
Just played 2 out of my 7 pool games, the other 5 were no-shows:sad:
Me vs Monkeypunch VFDC, i won 2-0, 2-0
Me vs diceman078, i lost 2-1, 1-2, 1-2 (came down to a sliver of health in the last round, ggs, excellent guile!)
Planet RV, TastyC, Ashman NW, Break,and Orf33 were not online over the 90 mins i was on from 8pm GMT.
I guess that means i go through by default or whatever. I can’t make the next leg though, so i’m happy to give my place to whoever places next after me tonight.
Yeah I think all three of us where on for a long time waiting for the others…

Well this seemed to be a pretty rough week. A lot of no shows and then I have no results from entire groups so I guess we’re getting in great warm ups but I don’t even have 8 people’s results to have a tournament round tonight so lets try this again next week, if we can get the people in to play at the right times and I can get results back, we’ll have the tournament round next week.

Yeah no tournament today. We had one pool show up, which is great, and then we had over half the league not show up this week in the other two pools… not a great start.
