So Daigo got half the cash from the team tourney and 2nd place cash from the solo. Eita got the other half from the team tourney, a plane ticket to EVO 2K10, and some secret prize for winning the Masters Series. Fuudo won the most money by winning the singles tourney. You guys all got paid so come to Evo and try to get some other top guys to come with you.
Japanese players like to share the prize money. They are probably going to share them.

Those three plotted so that each would win something. I’ve seen Daigo play Fuudo before and it wasn’t even close.

I’ve also seen Fuudo beat Daigo pretty convincingly. Daigo is a bit better than Fuudo but the difference is pretty small.
Daigo is better than Fuudo. that lose to Rose hurt him. Fuudo won. A win is a win. who care, i don’t think they care about it too.
alioune didn’t take part in the solo tournament. That’s a shame, I wanted to see him more in competition

Why didn’t they give the evo ticket to whoever won the singles tournament? Having a whole separate tournament seems like a waste of time.

Shirl’s akuma is ridic - I had the misfortune of coming against it in the arcade before SvB last year. Dayum. Can’t wait to see Luffy v Daigo.
Besides videos, can we expect any interviews of the 3 Japanese champions(across 3 different SF4 tourney’s)?
I don’t think Daigo would be so interested in giving an interview after losing to Rose.
