The real question is, have you played on that TV, and if you have, did you notice the lag? Many online players cannot notice even severe lag, while I’ll tell you if its any more than just 2 or 3 frames.

People just frown at wakeup supers cause most of the time online even when you try to bait them, slight lag can mess you up and cause you to get hit by them anyway.
Throws in 3s as very good only because of moves verifiable into supers (chun c.mk->sa2 for example).
