If i do end up in Windsor, ill be staying on the U campus, so itll probably be most convenient to do it else where! My stick is on ps3, hopefully itll get dual modded soon. Im down for casuals anywhere really, just wanted to make sure people in Windsor were interested in leveling up together! 
I most definitely am Rma. Ive been looking for like 6 months for some locals to play this game with. Ive pretty much dropped every game i have so i can play marvel lol. I live by Silver City cloud, right off of ducharme, which is off of walker. Sorry cloud I donât have a pad, i do have a stick though. but honestly if weâre gonna be gettting together to play regularily i would consider buying one for people to use. and cloud if you live close and just wanna come by yourself to play i have no problem with that either. Im dying to get better at this game. I think im decent, but i feel if i had some help i could be alot better. How old are you guys by the way, just out of curiosity?

About setting a date, I usually only work fri 3-11pm, sat and sunday midnights, but this week i work sun, mon, wed, thur, fri sat sun, i have tuesday off but the week after would be better cause i have more free time. if you wanna get something going before that just let me know and ill see what i can work out. Shotos with the exception of akuma and ryu(from as spacing point of view only) are all hella easy to use. And balrog has a ton of very useful links that are jab unplinkable(unless u have a madcats stick and fuck with it). Actually all the chars u stated with the exception of bison, Seth and Ken have way more depth to learn in order to use the char to max potential than eryu.
well i live down near rivard so it would take me i think two busses to get down to you which will be a major pain but i play on the regular normal 360 pad the original that comes with the system. Im down for sometime next week would be best to have a ride tho cause that bus ride is gunna kill the play time haha
