I got a buddy of mine to post one of the vids I got from Preppy a while back. This is a Marvel 2 match of Will (left) vs. Rick from ECC9 (a little under 18 Mb). It won’t be up too long, so I hope most of the people that wanted to see a match of his get it while it’s up. I have another from ECC9 of Will vs. Josh Wong about 20 Mb, and then one more of Jmar vs. Justin Wong with Will and others in the background after the come from behind upset. Man… this is tough. Ever since I first started going to Gametime, and started doing tourneys there with Sparatik… Will was there. All the time, being a joker and having a bunch of fun. He was always asking me who was up next in the brackets and talking mad shit about people. He was a amazing man. It’s so sad for him to leave us.
I remember that 2 set finals against arturo, too. Will was using A-Guy and made it a hella close 4-3 4-3 finals lost to arturo’s V-Sak and V-Vega. That was the sweetest A-Guy skills i’ve seen on this coast.
We’ll miss you, Will Martin. You made me always feel like someone had my back.

Its kinda sad it does take something like this to bring us together, it also brings upon reality, and just how petty some of our differences can be…
I wish that some of the people that have beef with each other can see this as a chance to make some sort of amends with each other and move on…
as we see here, you never know when someone could lose their life…
and if you just for a moment, second guess how you feel about someone… think hard about it…
because when that person is gone you never get a chance to say youre sorry or make amends…

Tribute Vid for Will
This seemed like a good idea, so I gave it a shot. Thanks to Obot for offering me some space to post it. Please go to >> Obot’s site << to get the vid. This is my first time doing a vid, but I think it came out ok. But it seems like it needs a little more Will. I used the pics that people shared in this thread, I hope that was ok. If you guys have any more files to contribute, I can make the current tribute vid for Will even better.
Specifically, I’d like to add:
-Some of Will’s infamous game commentary (trash talking)- typed or audio

It was the way he said it at ECC. Reading it doesn’t look like much but anyone remembers his emotion an style of sayin things you truely understand.

I don’t post on here much but i wanted to say Thanks every one who posted for will.
To me he was like a brother, and he knew that. We talked about alot of things other than video games, i will miss him very much. He was my first friend in Maryland, 7 years down the line i would have never seen this comming. but to see it all unfold and you cant do anything about it is one of the worst feeling i have ever felt.
Thanks every one who could sho at the Memorial and the viewing, and i will see to it that his family gets to see this thread.
