Pre E3 09 Boy and His Blob’s Big Makeover
http://wii.ign.com/articles/988/988363p1.html
so basically this is like nearly a completely new game in the same vein as Silent Hill. They also got some people who graduated from CalArts doing the animation for this game…sick shit! Also no motion and no IR, going to be played with nunchuk/wiimote and classic controller for now…they’re trying to get GC controller support.

Looks like I need more money to spend on my Wii. These exclusives are getting sexier by the day.
A Boy and his Blob (wii) = All things 2D HD art makes me cum. I soiled my undies.
Well, rumor have it that we should be getting a new Wii Mario game this year. I hope that isn’t the only new “core” game they are planning to release this year. But if it matches the quality of Mario Galaxy, I’ll take it.

Mario Galaxy 2 would be epic. Nintendo hasn’t done two Mario releases in one generation since NES (SNES if you count Yoshi’s Island).

Boulder Dash
Original platform: Commodore 64
Publisher: Commodore Gaming
Players: 1-2
ESRB Rating: E (Everyone)
Price: 500 Wii Points
Description: Originally released in 1984, Boulder Dash is one of the big computer-game classics. It is one of the very few computer games ever to be ported from home computers to arcades, not the other way around. The hero of the game is the brave prospector Rockford. He must dig through caves to collect diamonds while avoiding various types of dangerous creatures and obstacles such as falling rocks. He is in constant danger of being crushed or trapped by an avalanche or killed by an underground explosion. Strategy and planning are the keys to mastering Boulder Dash. Once enough jewels have been collected, the door to the mysterious escape tunnel is revealed and Rockford can explore another cave.
Note that FFIV The After Years was a 9 episode mobile game that was ported to the Wii. No one knows yet if this is just the first episode or a couple episodes or the whole thing (doubtful), so worst case scenario could mean that you’d pay $72 dollars for the whole shebang. We’ll have to see. I know I’m probably picking this up today though.
hmmm…wasn’t expecting FFIV come out this soon…

I can’t wait for this game.
Okay, looks like NeoGAF has cleared up the pricing confusion for FFIV The After Years. The “base” chapter that is available today is 800 pts. You buy the extra chapters in-game, I believe, and it looks like the 2nd one is already available. Each additional chapter is 300 pts, and there will be 3 released in July, 3 released in August and the last one in September. In all, the whole game will cost you $32.
I find this acceptable
Dammit…as soon as you said something about it in the e3 thread I was hounding Ign’s site It’s some exclusive FFCC: Chrystal Bearers stuff…THEY HAVEN’T EVEN FULLY PUT IT UP YET! I’ll post it when it’s up.

IGN Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up Hands-on
Turtles fans have been waiting for a truly respectable and fun offering across, well, any system (let's be honest, we'll take a working product at this point, amirite?) since Konami's kick shell Turtles in Time back in arcades and Super NES. So...
after reading what they had to say on it after playing it it built me back up a bit after that last gameplay trailer. I’m hoping they get more gameplay up of it in action.
Suda 51 on No More Heroes 2:
he wants to use wii motion plus but i guess for right now it’s not in yet.

IGN E3 09 Red Steel 2 - Hands-on
You could say that after the release of Red Steel in 2006, Ubisoft's franchise tucked its tail and ran into a dark cave to hibernate and perhaps regroup, but I prefer to use a different analogy because, having finally played and marveled at Red Steel...
Very positive preview from Matt
Edit: they’re also in the process of putting up actual gameplay soon…so hopefully it gets put up while I’m reading this article.
Super Mario Bros. Wii Uncovered?:
Aww damn. That Red Steel 2 demo was ballin’. Only thing they need to add is some blood and loosen up the animations a bit. The enemies were stiff.
updated the list with the stuff they showed at the conference…if anyone looks at the list as compared to Nintendo’s conference you’ll see that they actually do have stuff coming out they just didn’t show it. Which is fucking retarded lol.
