Stick Mod Pictures
I finished both a Tekken 5 and Wii fight stick mod. 
There is no need to drill a hole in the bottom, grind the bottom of the shaft, or cut tabs off of JLF to fit inside the Wii case. The only things required for my 360 pcb and a JLF to fit in the wii fight stick case is to grind down the inside of bottom plate just enough for bottom of shaft to move freely. In order for the 360 pcb to fit in center, half of each circular pipe was removed as well as small pieces of plastic above and below JLF tabs. (You may notice a small portion of the white plastic removed below usb cord in flickr pictures) Initial Wii joystick screws were not long enough to secure JLF; this was resolved with the screws listed above (purchased from local Lowes hardware store)
The T5 stick contains the Gamestop pad and Cthulu board for Xbox 360 and PS2 functionality. Also, the analog tabs were removed after pictures were taken. I may add the original Hori PCB to the Wii fight stick for PS2 functionality in future, but 360 is fine for now. SFIV, Tekken series, KOF games play with no issues.
