Videos are up. I can’t get the Street Fighter IV finals up (file length is too long), but blazblue finals are up as well as a few match vids for sf. I’ll try to get more up there; each one takes about an hour to upload for some reason.

Hey guys, great tournament! That was my first real offline tournament, so I didn’t know what to really expect as far as the atmosphere. First and foremost, thanks to Petro for clueing me into the Wichita fighting scene. This time last year I didn’t think such a think existed here (I’m from Illinois, we actually had populated arcades there). Expect to see me coming through more often even if its only for a 1 hr session.
Ricky - great games in SF4. When i first arrived and we played some casuals my nerves were getting the best of me. I felt scrubby, knowing damn well that I knew how to play the game but couldn’t perform. After some meditation (lol) I was able to come back and play the way I know how to play. Your Rog is still sick though. I’d like to see your viper come up though, as I have far more respect for her game over rog’s (just in general, nothing against you). I choked so bad in the 3rd round of the grand finals set.
Jude - stick with that Gen man. I can tell you have been practicing hard on his hands combos. Once you get those links down you’ll be a force to be reckoned with. I appreciate the compliment on the patience. It’s hard to sometimes hold yourself back knowing you want to rush in and do some big dmg.
Peter - thanks for taking the time to put SF4 on the venue. I don’t think I would have been nearly as interested or that the event would have been nearly as fun without sf4. I WILL be training up on tekken again, as I was severely embarassed in that department. My skill has plummeted in that game. Expect to see me back in T6 wrecking shop.
Ekie - Great to finally meet you. We used to have some great battles back on T5:DR (shit that was over a year ago). Your fei is pretty damn good. Gotta watch for the shoto c.mk. It’s just too good to not defend against. Your mixups kept me on my toes, both times we played lol. I hope to be able to give you a run for your money in Tekken soon. GGs overall.
I say it all too much and I need to act on it - I want to start hanging out more and doing weekly casuals. Can we start doing ranbats here in Wichita?
Anyway, I look forward to the next local tourney. You guys can always hit me up (petro and phame have the number) for some casuals.
EDIT: Oh, and next time we need to figure something out for streaming. I have a group of SF4 players online that wanted to watch us. We would have had around 100+ fans observing. Does Northrock have wired lines at least? I can set up a full on streaming booth, all I need is the internet access. Phame, if you need help with the clips and editing them to fit on youtube, let me know. I’ve put 100s of vids up.

Will; Yeah no doubt. My Viper was really rusty that day and couldn’t execute my feint combos. It’ll eventually be all Viper, but for now I fall back on my original character, Balrog! Hope to see you come out more too man. Would definitely be nice to have you out with the group for our sessions.
Ranbats would be cool. Maybe not a “huge” player base and just a local thing, but I think we can get enough players to do something if we tried hard enough.
