Thanks, it was great to play everybody. I don’t know if Fuerte will be worth the effort in the long run though. I’m studying up on some other people so I’ll have a few tricks up my sleeve for next time.

What time does the tournament start this weekend, or how early are you guys going to show up?
It starts at 11. I’ll be there when the store opens up setting up. I’m fine with leting people come in early and get warm ups in though.
I was supposed to have the day off, but it looks like I’m going to get stuck going into work. I don’t have to go until three though so if there isn’t a ton of people I might have time.
That sucks Jude. I think I heard the same thing happening for a few other people, but oh well. The tournament really was on short notice, so things like that are expected.
Hopefully we get a decent turn out for Wichita players Saturday.
I’ll still be there. It should take too long for me to beat everybody. I’ll just have to leave a little before 3.

Been actually looking for a thread about Wichita and I’m glad one finally popped up. I have a PS3 and might log on later today after I go see a movie. Any people usually group together to get some games going?

Saturday SF4 results:
1st: Ekie (Boxer)
2nd: SilverSoul (Sagat/Blanka)
3rd: Axiom (Ryu)
If you weren’t there, you missed some amazing matches. Ekie came out of the loser’s bracket to wrestle SilverSoul from winner’s and eventually 1st place. Saved himself 50 bucks too! 
It’s too bad we didn’t have a larger turnout for SF than expected. I know for a fact there were four other talented players who didn’t attend. At least Wichita earned the crown!
Ah, btw Jude: if you haven’t dropped El Fuerte yet, I was messing around with him yesterday and a few ideas popped in my head. I’ll have to get to you soon about them. He’s more fun than I thought!
Megamanny: A few of us play HD remix although we’re mostly focused on SF4 now. We’ll have to hook up sometime and play.
Neat, I should be getting my PS3 in the mail soon since I’ve been playing off a my suitemates. I’ll be picking up SF 4 as well as I haven’t had a chance to try it out.
We could probably get some games in today. Do you have free time today?
I’ll try and see if I can get on my suitemates PS3. I’m “usually” on sometime after 5p.m. when I’m not playing Left 4 Dead during the weekdays. Just send me a friend request and hopefully I’ll get on when you do.
Ah, I meant in person and what not. I don’t own a PS3 myself, usually a group of us just head over to a friend’s house and play.

All right its cool. Anywhere here in Wichita games usually being held close by McConnell AFB? I’m SOL without a car here until I can find time to get one back in my hometown in Texas.
What about DDR? I play that religiously as well and I just know of the two malls here. Any of them have decent arcades inside?
There used to be an okay one in towne east but it closed a few years ago.
I play HDR on 360, anybody who wants to play me just add me as a friend, I’m on fairly often.
I’m going to this, does anyone want to go with me, we could split gas and probably room with some Wisconsin people I know so the whole trip would be pretty cheap.

I may be involved in hosting a hip hop showcase that day. If the show falls through crosses fingers I’m down. There’s also a STL tournament next month. It’s closer.
