Some non SF characters:
The Suiko characters look especially good.
Lol Sagat and Bison/Vega look cool.
I’m gonna try to make a few more.
I haven’t had time to check, but I think that Sagat uses Astaroth for a base.
Judging by how theirs no eyepatch item (as far as i’ve seen) and that Sagat has a huge gash that looks alot like Ast’s.
