Why does Vergil say "Vanish" when he makes swords appear?

It’s his 1st DHC quote. When he puts up swords normally he says “you’re going down.”

“Vanish” itself is translated directly from the Japanese version, in which it sounds more powerful. Vergil’s English VA is much more passive so it sounds a little forced.
