I have a Japanese-region Xbox 360, and a Japanese-region Xbox Live Gold account. The console’s language is set to English. I’m trying to find people to play online in Virtua Fighter 5 Live Arena (also Japanese region), but when I do, there are only one or two players that can be found. A lot of the time, there are no players found. I am generally trying to play unranked matches, but I’ve tried to play ranked matches and it seems just as hard to find opponents that way.
Why is this happening? Are there really so few people playing this game online at this point in time? Also, based on the region data of my hardware and software, which regions do I have access to opponents in? (I hear that with many modern fighting games, such as BlazBlue, all regions have access to opponents of all regions)
