Setting tier lists aside, I think the best way to pick up a new character or sticking it out with your character from SF4 is to follow your intuition. You just gotta have the “feel” for your character. All of us got to see a ton of videos about SSF4 right now and we kinda have our own inclinations as to what character would be “cool” and have potentials. anyways, I will be trying out Ibuki. My main in SF4 is Ryu by the way and I still plan to use him in SSF4.

Sagat - he has a second ultra that actually makes sense to me.
I’m gonna hang on to Ken and probably pick up Dudley, always like playing him as an alt in 3s. Cody looks like fun too, might try out Ibuki though I don’t care too much for the globe ultra thingy she’s got.

Woot for Guile buffs…except half of the “improvements” they made you could already do before hahaha. Maybe now they are just more useful. Either way, with what they said it is looking towards a better Guile 
Lol at high kick? Most useless anti-air ever. Couldn’t it already combo? Maybe it can now link with a normal now. If backfist always combos with sonic boom that’d be nice, if it’s only on close fierce x boom that would suck. Better link damage, his one frame combos are now two frames and most of the high tier getting damage nerfs should help him. Also, how much did the reduce his charge time for sonic booms for now? 1.5 seconds? 1.75?
I’m going to use Ibuki. Played SFIV and no one felt right or interesting at all. When I played 3S, even though I sucked, Ibuki was perfect. I’ve gone through all of the games recently just to get a feel for the new characters (minus Juri and Hakan of course) and Ibuki’s the only one I’m really interested in. I could give Guy and Makoto another shot though…
