Who will take the ST Title @ EVO World?

Chris & David Doyle. They qualified at Evo East.

I think the wolfes will only lose to Gian and each other.

They are 2 up and coming players. They’re pretty good too. They made top 8 at evo east.

Afro Legends!!

afro legends is the truth.

Doyle vs Wolfe! 2 on 2 brothers match!

I’ve been proposing this idea since EVO East. Is there any chance we can make this happen? I’ve seen both Doyles play and they are no joke. Especially Chris’s Chun. That shit is just too scary.

Yes it is scary! I’d like to see how he does against WC players and I am looking forward to it.

hmm…how bout 5 on 5 us vs japan. ill consider you to be on team japan.
Anyway if we can set this up or 3 on 3 or whatever ill throw a little loot down.

FYI i havnt even practiced a day and ill still beat you!:lol::arazz:

any Jap that faces me this year had better be saying his prayers and taking his vitamins…

All right, we can do that. Let me talk to the Japs and see what they think.

You better watch out…I practice against the computer at least twice a week!

In all seriousness, we can do a 3/5 for $20 on the side if you want.

You should money match Gian.

According to the confirmed Jap players list, theres only Gian (sim), KKY(sim), nekohashi (ryu) and nuki (chun) for ST. I think Gian and Nuki will do well. I know Nuki isn’t an ST specialist, but hes had a great record when entering ST in the past at Evo. KKY should do good aswell, hes not as solid as Gian, but he can definitely hold his own. Nekohashi, i haven’t seen too much of his Ryu before, how does he compare to other top Jap Ryu players?

I think there could be quite a few Sims making the top 8 this year, along with Gian and KKY, theres Alex Wolfe and Afrocole. Don’t know if Sirlin will be using Sim, and theres Shirts and Spence too if they are there. Nelson can use Sim too i think, but i really like his Bison. Sim Fest.

Personally i can’t see Gian not winning this thing, but i would like see Afrolegends take it, but only if he uses Deejay and not Boxer. How many times has Deejay ever won a major event before? Also provided if there does turn out to be alot of Sim’s, then maybe Graham Wolfe could be in with a real chance, since Sim is he best matchup for his Boxer apparently.

If ShootingD and Daigo are ranked S-Class, Nekohashi might be A-Class at best. I wouldn’t call him a top player in Japan. Wonder what other games he plays?

Afrolegends was looking pretty incredible in those Evo West videos. As popular as 'rog is, dude seems to have taken his to some other level this year. Lots of ‘keeping small problems from turning into big ones’ action. Very very nice.

NKI/xrolento/dXp - Keep a spot free on team USA for Dave D. the unknown warrior!

r3ko - Is Tokido going to Evo? He beat KKY recently at some tourney.
vis a vis Dhalsim players… you forgot Rambo. Guy takes out whole soviet battalions with a single yoga flame. Don’t sleep on that shit.

re: Nekohashi
There are some new movies up of Nekohashi (ST Ryu/CE Dic) vs. the top Kansai guys. I’m going to post info on my blog in a bit.

Fred is too cool, you comin to this party?

Nah. I wanted to go to particpate in the cigarbob 3on, but, y’know…

I’ll catch you at ecc.

im down for the 5 on 5 challenge vs the japanese, of course we’re going to have a hell of a time deciding who gets those spots…

after watching gian play, its free for him. not even funny.

afrolegends, watts, cole, valle, choi (korean power) are THEM doods from the US. choi should rep the motherland tho.
