I was almost named after my two grandfathers, but my dad decided John Paul sounded too Pope-y and went with Nicklaus Scott. Jack Nicklaus being my dad’s favorite golfer and I think Scott was one of his cousins.

My mother gave me her maiden name as my first name. Alexander. Personally I think that’s weird as a last name but whatever.
My sister got her middle name from our dead grandmother. Nicole. When I was born I got the male version of Nicholas for my middle name. So we have the same middle name its just gender specific lol
