Niceboy used to play Cap Thor Hawkeye. But it’s as INH said, these teams are generally pretty terrible and the lengths to which anyone can take them are short, if not uninteresting.
Sadly team DMC got the best cut of the deal. Team Strange Tales (Shuma Dorm Strange) is pretty good but unproven. XMen has a few good combinations to work with. It just doesn’t help that there’s no Avengers or RE combination that doesn’t force at least two mediocre-or-worse characters on your team.
…yeah, lots of people play it. That’s why I said it got the best cut of the deal. Go look up KBrad, he is the best player running it. Dekline is pretty decent too.
Team Strange Tales would probably be a lot better off with Strange point and Shuma anchor.
Basically, most “themed” teams are going to be gimmicky. Just learn how teambuilding works first and then work on a theme if you really really want to.
Go make noise with that team at an offline tournament and then I’d maybe consider shutting my mouth. It’s nice that you’re a Master Lord but online does a poor job of representing how good a player is.
The team still matters. Is it everything? Of course not. But it matters.
There are very few characters that are not viable or are close to being not viable but there are thousands of teams that are not viable.
Dat team Darkstalkers though. Felicia running around building meter with down, down+h and dark harmonizer assist then getting gold armour pendulum assist… still kinda sucks.
