This question is a bit confusing, whether your asking the best player who uses Denjin, or the player uses the Denjin the best?
Frankie was the best at using/setting up the Denjin, his game was customised for it. Valle plays SA1 style and pops Denjin whenever its convenient.
After Frankie I’d say Amir is the second best Denjin user.

Valle is the better Ryu player, I think. Frankie’s quality of play fluctuates wildly.

As to be honest Valle was to much for Mopreme to handle in a mirror match
but Valle vs F3S would be better to watch
I think that F3S uses denjin a lot more (and therefore a lot better)… out of the most matches that I’ve seen Alex play, he doesn’t even use the SA, he just uses EX (I’ve really only seen him play in the FFA vids though)… Frank’s pretty solid though.

Amir is a Chun player
^ He has been seen occasionally playing Ryu, Ken, and Yun.
That doesn’t mean he is a Ryu, Yun, Ken player, hell I have videos of KO playing Yang, Makoto and Dudley but he is Yun player
It’s obvious who his primary character is but playing as those characters in ranbats and against strong opponents (Valle) is more than enough to qualify him for some consideration.
