There are 12 colors per character, but no you can’t edit them yourself.
2D is the overhead I think, but yeah. If one of those hits connect they are free to spin the stick and mash D. The only thing is you can’t do the same move twice in a row so they can fuck themselves up at least.
2D is the overhead, 6D is the low, 4D she moves back and hit the ground. It’s not so much that they land one D button and mash because at best you can do 5A>6A unless you combo into it properly or if you fight Jin 5D>6C>5C>6C>214A. It just looks…bad. Like Flowchart Ken bad.
Pretty much this. It’s not bad to stop it’s just hilariously bad and funny to see.
I never really played a guilty gear game and in truth, I haven’t played a ton of fighting games in general but I’ve been getting into them quite a bit recently. At first, I tended to use D quite a bit and just do random combos but last night and this morning I have been using it less and less and I am much more effective in doing so. Her air combos are devastating if done right.
Yeah on PSN it’s a crapload of Noels, Ragna’s, and Jin’s. Probably in that order.
It’s amusing when you knock a Noel out of her D spam. You can tell for a lot of players they don’t know what to do and will try to rush in and just do it again, and again, and again. At first Noel was a pain in the ass, but I don’t mind facing her now, with the way people are playing her, with the exception of one kickass Noel player I faced.
Hahaha man I played some more ranked today. Once again more Noel D spammer’s, I almost feel like making a new flow chart for it. It doesnt really bother me but its certainly amusing when I get free real non-D spam Noel combos for massive damage without any real effort.
I know exactly how you feel man. All i can said is keep leveling up and you’re get to a point where you’ll want run into the scrubs, like the horrible flowchart Ken’s in SF IV, but I still only fought 3 Noel’s and a hold bunch of Jin’s and Ragna’s.
I played about 30 matches on XBL today and I think it was pretty spread out across the board.
the only characters I did not see was Bang and Carl.
BTW… I am the Jim in his default costume EVERY TIME
I’m not sure what’s funnier. Beating the D-mashing Noels by using Rachel’s 2C about 20 times or fighting a Bang who whored out D-moves and winning by using Rachel’s 2B-3[C] about 50 times.
From what I’ve seen, it’s mainly D-mashing Noels, Ice Car spamming Jin’s, then Ragnas, Haku-mens, and v-13s in about that order.
Noel, Ragna, Jin ( I don’t mind skilled Jins, just hate the ones that spam the ice boad and C the whole time). I don’t have much trouble with D spamming Noels, it’s easy to read when her drive ends after blocking. I also see a good amount of Hakumen players who just spam one sword slash over and over again, hoping to take huge chunks out of you. I rarely see Tager (as a result I suck against him, not enough experience fighting), even more rarely see Carl and Arakune.
You’d be surprised. And what’s more, all but one of the Nus knew (har har) what they were doing. Decent baiting and some decent punish comboage, not D D D D D D D D OH GOD HELP.
in Ranked, I found more Noels. Player matches though I find more Jins (good and bad).
kinda sad really. I’ve had a few good Noel players in ranked and player match, but most of the ones i’ve fought -mashes D-.
I figure most go to Jin cause he can freeze…and then everyone uses Red/Black Jin (not even sure if it’s for Purple Ice or cause “ITS SO KEWL LAWLAWL”. Either way I’m kinda not a fan of Red/Black Jin so much anymore.
