Why is Kim not considered top or at least close to top tier?
Why is Guile not considered top or at least close to top tier?
I think both are as good if not better than some of the “top tier” characters, so why aren’t they used a lot and considered “top tier?”
Where to begin. They lack priority, Outstanding Anti Airs, and thier pokes are decent at best. I am not saying that these characters are bad or they sux in anyway, I am saying they are not top tier as they all die horribly to cammy sagat bison and blanka.
